1st Shift and 2nd Shift Machine Operators
We are looking for dependable individuals who are safety-conscious, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining quality and production standards.
Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator
Location: La Vista, NE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: La Vista, NE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed
Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform routine operational checks
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Assist in maintaining production efficiency
Previous food production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred
- English communication skills (Spanish is acceptable)
- Willingness to learn and operate production equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
