We are currently seeking a Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coverage while our regular nurse is on leave. This role is expected to last for at least one month , with the possibility of extension or permanent placement , either in the same shift or moving to 1st shift depending on performance and department needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
- Perform health assessments and screening tests (drug/alcohol testing, spirometry, audiometry)
- Maintain OSHA, state, and employee health records with a strong emphasis on confidentiality
- Participate in plant safety and ergonomic programs
- Support health promotion , education , and training initiatives
- Assist in identifying and supporting workers' compensation cases, including documentation and file maintenance
- Collaborate with external clinics and hospitals as needed
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health nursing or a related field preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience with electronic medical documentation systems
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
