Florida Licensed Claims Examiner

Analyzing Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid schedule if within commutable distance to the office. Key responsibilities Analyze and process claims through action plans to ensure timely resolution Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for FL, MD, and VA Florida licensing is required
