Worker's Comp Attorney

Workers' Compensation Attorney | Remote |$150K-$220K + Quarterly Bonus

A growing multi-state law firm with an expanding national presence is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for a primarily remote position, sophisticated case handling responsibilities, and a clear path for long-term career advancement.

The Opportunity

This role offers significant autonomy and the ability to manage workers' compensation matters from beginning to end while working closely with insurers, employers, and third-party administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workers' compensation cases through all phases of discovery and litigation
• Handle cases from inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients at mandatory settlement conferences, hearings, and trials
• Work directly with insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators
• Utilize attorney-developed technology and AI-driven tools to enhance case management and efficiency
• Maintain proactive communication and strategic case oversight throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 3-5+ years of California workers' compensation experience
• Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to proactive and efficient case management

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000-$220,000
