Key Qualifications:

- Strong background in conducting functional vision and media assessments
- Ability to perform in-person services (no VOCO/remote work)
- Exceptional observation and documentation skills
- Professional communication to collaborate effectively with school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive functional vision assessment and media assessment for eligible students
- Conduct on-site classroom observations to evaluate educational needs and learning environments
- Participate in a 30-minute interview to discuss experience, approach, and assessment strategies
- Communicate findings in a clear, organized manner to educational stakeholders
- Ensure all practices comply with Illinois state requirements and district guidelines
