Within our Operations practice, you will guide client engagements, focusing on payer modernization to enhance business and supply chain operations. You will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions that address complex challenges, helping clients optimize their processes and achieve their strategic goals.As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of health services operations, making a tangible difference in the industry.Responsibilities- Leading strategic planning and execution of operations consulting initiatives within the health services sector- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and analyzing complex problems- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to enhance operational performance and transformation- Implementing process improvement and optimization strategies to support payer modernization efforts- Developing and coaching teams to deliver quality service and achieve operational excellence- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and relationship building to support service delivery models- Applying change management techniques to drive business transformation and operational support- Overseeing logistics management and project resource management to maintain quality standards- Promoting intellectual curiosity and learning agility within teams to foster continuous improvementWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 6 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills- Utilizing business transformation and change management strategies- Excelling in operations management and process optimization- Implementing quality standards and service delivery models- Engaging stakeholders through strategic questioning and relationship building- Leading teams with coaching and feedback for operational excellenceTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
