Excel in empowerment and accountability, learning from mistakes. Key Responsibilities and Duties Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high‑net‑worth clients. Operationally lead advisory teams in helping clients achieve financial goals. Manage client book responsibilities, support implementation of financial plan recommendations and coordinate asset consolidation. Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver value and excellence to clients. Build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions. Obtain all necessary licenses and registrations within 120 days from start date. Qualifications University degree preferred. Minimum 2 years work experience; 3+ years preferred. FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66. Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required within 120 days.
