We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in our Falls Grove Financial Service Center. Responsibilities Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with established policies & procedures while ensuring that quality service standards are maintained. Performing all duties of a Member Service Representative as needed. Acting as Branch Manager in his/her absence. Assisting members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have senior level banking and/or credit union experience, customer service experience, strong verbal communication, and understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality, privacy and professionalism as a front-line representative of our institution.
