We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist II to join our team. This role involves processing high-volume invoices, managing PO and non-PO transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Process PO and non-PO invoices, check requests, and expense reports Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with managers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues Train and mentor junior AP Specialists Required Skills 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Experience with high-volume PO processing (150+ invoices/day) High school diploma or GED Proficiency in Lawson Preferred Skills Experience with Brainware or Perceptive Healthcare or hospital background Pay and Compensation Pay Rate: Up to $24/hr Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Contract Job Function Accounting/Auditing Hospitals and Health Care Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Location: Winter Park, FL Get notified about new Accounts Payable Specialist jobs in Greater Orlando. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
