Job Description
Job Opportunity Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in the Cath Lab. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule of 5x8 hours, from 06:00 AM to 03:30 PM. Candidates should hold a current California Registered Nurse license and possess certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab or related specialty.
- Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- License: Active California RN license required.
- Patient Ratio Experience: Experience with appropriate patient ratios is expected.
- Proficient in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab.
- Experience in Interventional Cardiac Cath lab and Interventional Radiology.
- Ability to provide patient care with professionalism and compassion.
- Charting system experience: Paragon (training provided).
- Floating Requirements: Position may require floating in rotation with staff based on current clinical policies.
- Orientation: Candidates will receive orientation appropriate to floating units, as required.
- Training Courses: Candidates must complete the Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card courses within 30 days of start date, at their own expense. Course fees are $50 for the Fire Card and $80 for the Assaultive Behavior course.
