Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and employee reimbursements Verify accuracy, obtain approvals, and ensure proper GL coding Prepare and assist with weekly or biweekly check runs and electronic payments Maintain organized AP files and respond to vendor inquiries Payroll Support Assist with payroll processing for hourly and/or salaried employees Review and validate timesheets and payroll data for accuracy Enter payroll changes (new hires, rate changes, deductions) Support payroll reporting and maintain confidential payroll records Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or payroll Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience handling confidential information with discretion Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
