Bookkeeper

We’re a growing company looking for a reliable, organized Bookkeeper to join our team. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things accurate, staying organized, and helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to talk with you. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing accounts payable and receivable Processing invoices and customer billing Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Assisting with payroll and employee records Tracking project expenses and job costs Keeping financial records organized and up to date Supporting day-to-day office operations What We’re Looking For: Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and manage priorities Good communication and problem‑solving skills Experience in warehouse or service industries is a bonus Why Join Us?
