Recruiting ManagerThe Recruiting Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the recruiting team and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the Complex.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staffOversees the daily workflow of the departmentHandles discipline of employees in accordance with company policyResponsible for the recruiting cycle for all hourly and salaried positions for the entire ComplexDevelops new strategies and programs to attract candidatesManages the recruiting teamWorks closely with managers in all departments to determine staffing needs and coordinate hiring initiativesPerforms other related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field a plusFive years of recruiting experience requiredThorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
