Role Description
National Trails is seeking a full-time Head of Finance to lead and manage our financial operations. This on-site role, based in Livonia, MI, involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. The Head of Finance will ensure compliance with financial regulations, analyze financial data to guide business decisions, prepare accurate financial statements, and lead the finance team to drive organizational growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Budgeting and managing financial plans
- Excellent Analytical Skills and strategic thinking in financial contexts
- Solid understanding of finance principles and best practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with financial software and tools
