EMS Continuing Education Specialist – Southern Fox Valley EMS at Delnor (Full Time Days) Full-time Salary Range Minimum: $32.50 Salary Range Maximum: $45.50 Compensation: USD 32.5 – USD 45.5 per hour Schedule: Flexible full‑time onsite position Monday‑Friday, no holidays required; occasional Saturdays may be required. The EMS Continuing Education Specialist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory and accreditation standards. This role is responsible for the development, coordination, and teaching of the Southern Fox Valley EMS Systems Continuing Education Program at Delnor Hospital. Required Qualifications 5 years of EMS emergency care experience. One year of medical care teaching experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a current IL RN License with ED experience or an EMT‑P license; one is sufficient. Certified ACLS. Certified BLS via American Heart Association. Certified PALS. Preferred Qualifications More than 5 years of EMS emergency care experience. More than 1 year of medical care teaching experience. Previous experience in EMS course coordination. Associate's or bachelor's degree. ACLS Instructor. Certified PALS Instructor.
