Junior Business Analyst (Data & Reporting) About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support data-driven initiatives and system modernization efforts within a collaborative team environment. You will contribute to improving reporting capabilities, enhancing workflows, and supporting web-based applications while working closely with both technical and business stakeholders. What You’ll Do Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify business needs and system requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, document requirements, and support solution delivery Perform process modeling and assist in developing prototypes for system and workflow improvements Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI (or similar platforms) Clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting Monitor dashboard and system performance, incorporating user feedback to enhance usability and functionality Assist with web‑based components , including updating forms, pages, and content for internal and external systems Support project documentation including requirements, workflows, risks, and deliverables Participate in testing activities , validating system updates and enhancements Troubleshoot basic software and reporting issues; escalation complex problems as needed Contribute to automation efforts that improve reporting and content publishing processes What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or data‑focused roles Foundational knowledge of: Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) Basic SQL and relational database concepts Reporting environments and data‑driven applications Experience working with tools such as Visual Studio , SQL Server Management Studio , or similar Ability to query, clean, and interpret datasets to identify trends and insights Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Exposure to modern data platforms or tools (e.g., cloud‑based data systems, data integration tools) Familiarity with dashboard design best practices and user experience considerations Interest in process improvement, automation, and system modernization initiatives What Sets You Apart Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities Curiosity and eagerness to grow technical and business skills Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations Collaborative approach with a customer‑focused mindset On‑site role in a professional office setting Opportunity to work on impactful projects that support organizational decision‑making and operations #J-18808-Ljbffr IT Resources
