W2 Role Business Analyst Location: Tallahassee, FL, hybrid Modernization Programs: Prior experience working within large-scale enterprise system modernization initiatives; Phased Rollouts: Familiarity with supporting continuous software deployment lifecycles and phased implementation strategies; Public Sector/Corrections: Knowledge of public sector operations or offender management/correctional systems software; Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles to proactively drive system adoption with field users; Agile Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks for software development lifecycle tracking; ALM/Ticketing Tools: Hands-on experience using application lifecycle management or incident tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps); Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to occasionally lead project sub-teams and mentor or coach junior staff members; and Professional Certifications: Possession of business analysis or support certifications (e.g., Entry Certificate in Business Analysis [ECBA], Certification of Capability in Business Analysis [CCBA], Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL] Foundation). #J-18808-Ljbffr Conch Technologies
