Director of Quality

KPC Health

Facilitates organizational enhancement of quality of care, systems improvement, and compliance to regulatory agency requirements through a comprehensive quality assessment and improvement program.

Requirements:

1. 7 years recent experience in QA I, RM, or UR in acute care; 2 years management experience in Quality Assurance.

2. Bachelors' Degree. BSN/MSN or PhD preferred.

3. California RN License

4. Working knowledge of acute care regulatory agency requirements

5. Previous acute care clinical experience; basic computer skills
