Medical ReceptionistOptima Dermatology is recruiting an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics group in Manchester, NH.Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30AM - 5:00PMLocation: 135 Hooksett Rd, Manchester, NH 03104ResponsibilitiesThe following is an overview of the essential job functions and responsibilities; this may not be an all-encompassing list:Completing patient check-in and check-out proceduresAnswering incoming calls and providing appropriate follow-upHandling patient queries, concerns, and complaintsVerifying and documenting patient informationWelcome and greet patients entering/leaving the officeQualificationsAt least 1 year of prior relevant experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsFriendly, upbeat attitude a MUSTAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a medical office preferredEMA/EMR experience preferredAt Optima Dermatology, our mission to revolutionize skin care is made possible by our world class team that is highly engaged, mission-driven, and inspired to set the new standard in dermatology.
