Health Systems Executive

Job Summary Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in clinical diagnostics. The role of Health Systems Executive focuses on partnering with hospital network C‑suite executives to understand business needs and provide solutions that help realize organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop relationships with C‑suite executives at hub IDNs and key stakeholders within health system accounts, such as committee members, procurement, and medical directors. Build and lead the strategic year‑over‑year business plan for each health system, integrating key value drivers for both customer and Beckman Coulter to drive revenue growth and sustained partnership. Utilize Danaher Business System tools to lead sales campaigns with local regional teams, ensuring each team member understands the needs of the entire IDN and how their actions tie into the broader customer partnership. Partner with service organization to ensure successful installation, go‑live, and post‑install maintenance; provide a high‑level view of all account activities, ensuring high‑quality, consistent service and escalating issues to leadership when needed. Collaborate with local regional Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to align local teams with overall health system strategy; provide indirect coaching, mentoring, and leadership to sales representatives both formally and informally. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (business or sciences), master’s degree preferred. 9+ years of sales experience in hospital or laboratory environments, including selling to C‑suite within large integrated health networks. Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to conduct executive‑level presentations clearly and concisely. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint. Understanding of business and financial goals of customers, ability to develop sound strategies, and experience partnering with local sales teams for account strategy and execution. Knowledge of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics. Experience leading weekly and monthly account plan tactics, managing sales cycle activities, and delivering business reviews to customers and internal stakeholders. Additional Requirements Travel 50%–75% of the time. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $160,000 – $170,000. This position is also eligible for commission, and the total compensation target is $260,000 – $270,000 annually.
