The Role Stone Bybee & Associates, PLLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with our attorneys and paralegals, contributing to meaningful client matters while developing your legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. What You’ll Do Conduct legal research on estateplanning, probate, and trust administration issues Draft memoranda, pleadings,correspondence, and other legal documents under attorney supervision Assist with reviewing, organizing,and summarizing case files and discovery Support attorneys in client meetings,court filings, and administrative tasks Observe and participate in probatehearings, mediations, and client consultations as appropriate Provide assistance on specialprojects and initiatives as assigned How We’ll Support You At Stone Bybee & Associates, PLLC, we are committed to fostering the growth of future legal professionals.
