Warehouse Coordinator Grade 1 2nd Shift

Job Summary Almac Group is currently seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following shipment types: US/Canada/Puerto Rico. Hours are 4pm-12:30am. Responsibilities Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance. Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution. Pack customer orders based on customer‑specific protocols and distribution instructions. Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels. Pick Distribution Orders. Required Education High School Diploma or GED. Required Work Experience 1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment. Preferred experience: Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry; Shipping experience; ERP system(s).
