Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.**Hours for this position are: 10:00am-6:30pm (or working until the work is complete) Monday-Friday. Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs.*****What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health***Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.***Responsibilities:**** Removing and logging recalled items* Identifying damaged products* Putaway of product* Tasking* Participating in Prime/Reserve cycle counts* Conducting investigations for missing stock and transfers* Running and completing reports* Organizing emails needing cycle counts* Maintaining chase area, including cycles***Qualifications:**** Strong written communication skills* 1-2 years Inventory experience preferred* Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred* Ability to operate all warehouse PIT (Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, etc.) equipment***What is expected of you and others at this level:**** Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks* Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area* Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications* Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution* Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods* Adheres to all quality guidelines* Works under moderate degree of supervision* Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor* Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor*Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.**Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
