Logistics Coordinator / Call Center Control Tower ON-SITE

Job Title Logistics Coordinator / Call Center Control Tower Employee Type Permanent Shift 2nd shift - Sunday to Thursday 15:00 to 23:30 Responsibilities Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments using MNX's proprietary logistics management platform for medical, aerospace, telecommunications, and high‑tech industries. Communicate with customers and agents professionally and courteously. Meet required team metrics and stay current on all training requirements. Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry; type 30 WPM. Time‑management, outstanding communication, customer‑service, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment and flexible to additional hours as needed. Knowledge of U.S. and world geography and time zones is preferred.
