2nd Shift Production Specialist

Solventum is seeking Production Specialist candidates to join our team in Columbia, MO. Job Summary Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 3:30pm – 11:30pm). Starting Pay: $27.21/hour + Shift Differentials. Impact You’ll Make Lead operations and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems. Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement. Support production experiments, maintain accurate process documentation, and partner with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE). Provide Team Leader tasks on a backup/as‑needed basis. Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Skills and Expertise Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start). Three (3) years’ manufacturing experience. One (1) year in a lead role within a manufacturing environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed: Flexibility to ensure all shifts operate efficiently. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail. Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Willingness to coach and teach others. Good organization skills. Strong data collection and analysis abilities. Willingness to obtain certifications on relevant processes and equipment. Location & Travel Work location: Onsite – 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202.
