Senior Recruitment Consultant

As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The role will be reporting directly into Advisory Director Joe Margotta. You will be based in Chicago (or commutable distance) in order to attend meetings and work sessions. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement and post-placement support Identify new business opportunities through networking, market mapping, referrals, and outbound sales activity Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice Source, engage, and qualify high-calibre professionals within our specialist market Manage candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements Achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate Represent Henderson Drake professionally across industry events, networking activities, and online platforms Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or specialist staffing Proven track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets Experience recruiting in the EPM & Accounting or Advisory markets is desirable but not essential. Also considered, ERP recruitment, AI & Apps recruitment Strong business development and client management experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially focused Experience working in a candidate-short market or specialist niche sector #J-18808-Ljbffr Henderson Drake
