Overview The Creative Strategist develops insight-led, creator-first creative ideas that connect culture, creators, and data to real business results across key clients and Publicis Groupe partnerships. This role turns audience, category, and platform insights into clear and compelling creative thinking that supports proposals, briefs, and campaign narratives. Working within the Creative Strategy team, the Creative Strategist helps shape storytelling that is culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and reflective of client goals. They collaborate closely with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to bring ideas to life and ensure creative alignment throughout the process. The Creative Strategist contributes to concept development, supports the writing of influencer briefs, and plays a key role in crafting polished recommendations for internal and client review. Responsibilities Support creative ideation and concept development across key clients and/or Publicis Groupe partnerships. Translate data, audience insights, and brand strategy into creator-first ideas that drive clarity, relevance, and engagement. Develop and refine influencer briefs that communicate strategic intent and inspire creators. Partner with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure ideas align with audience insights and executional requirements. Contribute to the development of proposals, providing insight-backed creative thinking for Associate Director and Senior review. Support internal storytelling structure through frameworks, narrative flow, and reference gathering. Manage timelines and deliverables in partnership with Creative Operations, escalating risks when needed. Stay current on creator, category, and platform trends to inform new thinking and creative opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer or creator marketing. Ability to develop integrated, insight-driven creative concepts. Strong collaboration skills across Strategy, Creator Partnerships, and Design. Clear and compelling visual and verbal storytelling abilities. Knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior. Interest in developing leadership, mentorship, and creative craft skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
