Robust benefits package after 3–4‑month contract period. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a production team. Oversee plastics manufacturing processes and maintain strict quality standards. Manage labeling, packing, and preparation of finished products for shipment. Champion safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor. Supervise and support a team of approximately 8 production employees. Work independently while keeping morale high and holding your team accountable to expectations. Assist with machine and computer troubleshooting and basic maintenance. Desired Experience & Skills 5+ years of manufacturing experience. 1+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor. Demonstrated leader with strong communication skills. Passion for technology and learning. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take initiative.
