Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside ASCP / AMT certification preparation.

Certification Criteria

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) attained within one year of hire date.
• Continued certification maintenance throughout your employment.
