Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct a range of clinical laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-using established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure lab instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Document all processes meticulously, provide training to new team members or students, and uphold the lab's quality and safety standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe workplace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your career with us.
