You'll work on-site at a designated campus, with assignments determined based on location, professional interests, and district needs.

As part of a network of occupational therapists, you'll have the ability to consult with peers, ensuring strong support and caseload consistency. A minimum commitment of 30 hours per week is required, and up to four positions are available.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current occupational therapy license and certification specific to Alabama (documentation required).
• Experience or interest in providing OT services within a school or district setting.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families.
• Dedication to fostering functional skills and independence in a school-age population.
• Ability to work fully on-site—remote or virtual work is not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized therapy sessions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and provide input for meetings and reports.
• Collaborate closely with a network of OTs, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Adjust strategies based on student response and educational best practices.
