Position: Assemblers

Pay:

Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - $20/hr.

2nd shift – 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm - $22/hr.

**The last Saturday of the month is mandatory.They also sometimesworkthe 3rdSaturday of the month.May work10 hourshifts.

Location: University Park, Illinois

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Assemblers to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Rotate between departments and work centers (bench work, assembly machines, rolling lathes) to support production needs
• Review component parts for correctness and condition before assembly
• Set up, change over, operate, and adjust equipment for assembly tasks (spin riveting, forming/sealing, piston rod assembly)
• Assemble subassemblies and complete units, aligning and mating parts
• Lubricate products, apply identification, and clean parts as needed
• Inspect finished units for quality and perform leak tests
• Package units according to instructions and rework rejects
• Maintain an organized work area and communicate issues promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read/write in English and follow instructions (including blueprints)
• Reliable attendance and strong work history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute requests
