Job Title : Executive Chef

Location : Burlington, MA

Description :

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our high-volume kitchen, with a strong focus on our celebrated seafood dishes. Your role will be pivotal in driving profitability through meticulous cost analysis and ensuring the highest standards of equipment sanitation. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively delegating tasks and upholding our rigorous standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Develop and create fresh, high-quality Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
• Manage and analyze costs to drive profits.
• Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and security procedures in compliance with Health Codes and Labor Laws.
• Build and mentor a winning culinary team.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• A proven track record of achieving financial results and developing successful teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling, and sanitation practices.
• Open scheduling availability is required.
