BPY Business Office

Ben Porat Yosef is seeking adetail-oriented, organized, and warm Business Office Staff Memberto provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximatelyfive months, beginning as soon as possible. This role is an important part of our school community and supports the day-to-day financial and administrative operations that help our school run smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working behind the scenes, and takes pride in supporting a mission-driven educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable, including processing invoices, credit card transactions, payments, and petty cash Supply purchasing and ordering for offices and classes Payroll support, including data entry, reimbursements, and onboarding assistance Donor data entry and basic reporting Preparation of reports and other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Prior office or accounting experience preferred Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion A collaborative, positive attitude and comfort working in a school setting Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Ben Porat Yosef
