Responsibilities Installs, repairs and maintains generating station and substation structures, equipment, apparatus and wiring, including oil and gas circuit breakers, transformers, regulators, generators, motors and switches.
Requirements High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in all diagnostic testing, analysis of test results on equipment, apparatus and wiring.
Good driving record.
Must have a current CDL; or able to obtain a Commercial drivers license within first six months on the job.
Successfully completed a Journeyman Wireman apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
Physical exam will be required.
Preferences Journeyman Station Wireman experience or apprenticeship preferred.
