Marketing Intern

GreenMark Equipment is built on integrity, quality products, a highly trained team, and offering quality service at competitive prices.Purpose:The Marketing Intern provides hands-on support to the GreenMark Marketing team while gaining real-world experience in marketing, communications, event planning, and creative design. This internship offers the opportunity to learn multiple areas of marketing by assisting with day-to-day projects that support GreenMark's dealerships, employees, and customers.Responsibilities:Marketing & Creative SupportAssist with the creation of marketing materials for digital, print, social media, and in-store signage.Help write and edit content for social media, blog posts, internal communications, and promotional materials.Proofread advertisements and marketing communications for grammar, formatting, and accuracy.Assist with graphic design projects under the direction of the Marketing team.Support photography, video, and content creation projects as opportunities arise.Event SupportAssist with planning and coordinating company events, customer events, and trade shows.Help prepare event materials and promotional items.Provide on-site support during marketing events when needed.Marketing OperationsOrganize and maintain marketing inventory and promotional materials.Assist with fulfilling marketing requests from GreenMark locations.Help organize digital files, marketing assets, and department documents.Perform general administrative tasks including purchase orders, document organization, and data entry.Digital Marketing SupportAssist with maintaining GreenMark's Google Business Profiles by updating business information and helping monitor customer reviews and questions.Support the marketing team with research, reporting, and basic marketing analytics.Experience, Education, Skills and KnowledgeRequiredCurrently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).PreferredExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Acrobat.Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Adobe Express.Graphic design or photography experience.Basic video editing skills.Experience using social media platforms for business or school projects.#GMR #J-18808-Ljbffr
