What to Expect Our internship follows an apprentice-style model , giving you hands‑on exposure to every part of restaurant operations. You’ll rotate through key staff‑level roles to build a strong foundation in service and daily operations, while also shadowing managers to understand higher‑level responsibilities. This immersive experience is designed to help you see what it’s like to be a leader at Hillstone — and to prepare you for a potential full‑time Management role after graduation . Details Duration: Summer 2026 Placement: Interns are placed based on best fit across our restaurants nationwide (relocation flexibility required). Compensation: Average of $1,000/week , with variation depending on location.
