Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing
• Prior experience in schools, with knowledge of IEP procedures and K-12 caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet a range of student needs and age levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Complete assessments, develop goals, and document progress in alignment with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success and participation
• Offer consultative support and training for school personnel regarding speech and language development
• Maintain detailed records and uphold best practices in compliance with educational standards
