Position Summary Proficient with all Inspector job requirements. Assist Supervisors with project set-up oversight and completion. Train inspectors on the job to meet position and job requirements. Position Responsibilities ò Respond to new job requests per customerÆs delivery requirements ò Allocate project resources according to job requirements and inspector capabilities ò Launch oversee and close-out projects in compliance with established procedures ò Certify project team members utilizing project documentation ò Perform layered audits People Parts Process Paperwork Protection ò Parts inspection or rework ò Monitor inspection personnel for effective training and work practices as well as adherence to work instructions ò Monitor active projects for the arrival of certified material and communicate certified material receipt in a timely manner. ò Complete turnover log with all pertinent project activity ò Maintain control of tools used on projects and request tool replacement as needed ò Report inspector performance and disciplinary issues to Supervisor ò Communicate throughout shift project activity nd needs to management ò Able to use powered and non-powered hand tools ò Drive customer service through regular customer interaction and escalating opportunities for improvement in a timely manner. ò Create read comprehend and apply written work instruction ò Ability to use gages calipers micrometers scales etc. ò Obtain and submit client billing information in a timely manner as needed ò Ensure work areas are clean and organized 5S Essential Skills and Functions 09/27/2022 Version: 4 Page 2 of 2 ò Capable of effectively working in a fast-paced environment ò Available to work on multiple shifts ò Capable of working with minimum supervision ò Travel to project locations as needed ò Excellent oral and written communication ò All other duties as assigned Position Qualifications - KSA Knowledge Skills and Abilities ò High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and manipulate weights of 10 û 50 pounds for extended periods of time. Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual acuity. Corrected 20/20 vision. Able to pass a criminal background check and initial and subsequent drug screenings.
