Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the administration at Glenn Public School. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the school, ensuring the office's efficient operation and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of school events and meetings.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school initiatives and projects.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the school leadership team.

Requirements
- Meet requirements for Michigan and FBI criminal history check via fingerprinting.
- High School Diploma
