Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) 1:1 Home Care

We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill urgent night shift openings across the Clio and Flint areas. Enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful, direct impact in a single client's home.

Clio Openings

Opening 1: Tue & Fri (7:00 PM 3:00 AM)
- Care: Paraplegic adult care. Nocturnal catheterization, overnight bowel program, and monitoring.

Flint Openings

Opening 1: Fri, Sat, & Sun (2:00 PM 2:00 AM)
- Care: School-aged child with Down Syndrome. Trach care, airway management, and mobility assistance.
Opening 2: Mon Sun (9:00 PM 9:00 AM)
- Care: Infant with chronic respiratory failure. Dedicated trach care and overnight monitoring (no vent/G-tube).

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
Communicate with families and care teams
Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
Day, night, and weekend shifts
Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Patient Population

Pediatrics (birth21 years)
Adults with complex medical needs
