Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Hours/week: 36 hours

Employment Type: Temporary/Travel assignment

Certifications Required: BLS, NRP

Experience: Previous NICU Level III/IV experience preferred

Pay Rate: $65.76/hour

What You'll Do:

• Deliver specialized neonatal care for critically ill infants, including those <28 weeks gestation.
• Manage respiratory support, ventilator settings, and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications utilizing the Pyxis system, including vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids.
• Perform and assist with special procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, and neonate abstinence interventions.
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families using SBAR method.
• Collaborate with medical providers, therapists, pharmacists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio nursing license (RN)
• BLS and NRP certifications
• At least 2 years of NICU Level III/IV experience
• Proficiency in neonatal respiratory management and IV therapy
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced critical care environments
