Pursuits Coordinator II

We are looking for a Pursuits Coordinator II to develop high-quality marketing and proposal materials that effectively support business development efforts and enhance Populous’ brand presence. Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the AEC industry and an interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, transportation facilities. Responsibilities Writing, designing, and preparing materials for successful proposals, qualifications, and interview decks. Drafting, editing, and organizing various market collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, and interview content to ensure it is comprehensive, competitive, and client‑specific. Managing multiple projects simultaneously within project deadlines. Collaborating with market leaders to identify leads and maintaining positive client relationships through meetings, events, and conferences. Supporting communications, public relations, content marketing and brand strategy through coordination, writing, and event planning. Researching global and industry‑wide trends, competitors, target clientele, potential markets, and political and economic environments. Requirements Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing, creative writing, proofreading and editing. Positive attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent problem‑solving capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign experience required; additional Creative Suite experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with CRM software is preferred.li> Detail‑oriented, quick learner and adaptable to new responsibilities. Highly self‑motivated and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team. Proven organizational and project management skills. Essential Qualifications Required: An accredited bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications. Preferred: Prior experience in the AEC industry, with interest in diverse public assembly building types. Travel may be required. Overtime may be necessary. Compensation The projected salary range for this opportunity is $62,000 - $76,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualification. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses. A comprehensive benefits package is available for this position.
