The Role
The Right of Way (ROW) Permit Coordinator II is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of permit applications and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
This role is remote within the Denver metro area and surrounding regions, with optional access to a WeWork location, though it is primarily work-from-home with occasional in-person meetings throughout the year.
The Main Responsibilities
• Manage ROW permit applications across jurisdictions.
• Track lifecycle from submission to approval.
• Maintain accurate permit data and timelines.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide status updates and reporting.

Compensation
$63,000 - $106,000 / annually
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Background Screening
