OPERATIONS Full-time Regular Butler, PA, Butler, PA, US Salary Range: $13.76 To $15.26 Hourly Lifesteps is hiring a Full-time Purchasing Clerk in the Butler PA Area Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years by “helping individuals and families with life’s changing needs”. The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for receiving and reviewing the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing orders, including the accuracy of packing slips. Monthly Supply Requisitions and researching prices for equipment, supplies, etc. Assists Supervisor in trouble shooting problems/errors as they occur within the department. Travels to shop for various items for the Agency as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED One (1) year of clerical, business or office experience Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) and pays attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle Preferred: Prior experience in Purchasing and/or Customer Service GREAT benefit package for full-time employment includes 100% Agency paid Medical, Dental and Vision insurance premiums Paid Vacation, Sick time and Personal/Emergency time Short & Long-term Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement 403B Retirement Plan Life Insurance 12 paid holidays Lifesteps – Where Rewarding Opportunities Start!EOE/ADA
