You will:Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and clinical staffOversee treatment planning and clinical recommendationsEnsure high standards for ethical and effective ABA treatmentConduct clinical observations and quality reviewsDevelop and support BCBA performance and professional growthParticipate in hiring and onboarding clinical team membersSupport patient assessments and intake processesWork collaboratively with families and caregiversMaintain a small direct clinical caseloadMonitor clinical performance and clinic KPIsPartner with operational leadership to support clinic successWhat We Are Looking ForCurrent BCBA certificationMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis or related disciplineTexas LBA or ability to obtain licensureAt least 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesAt least 1 year of professional BCBA experienceExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPrevious clinical supervision experience is strongly preferredThis is primarily an in person position in Harlingen, Texas. Hybrid flexibility may be evaluated individually.
