1. Set ICO appointments and coordinate with management; confirm all ICO appointments daily.
2. Follow the CAG process and procedures for responding to all incoming internet (email), phone, text, and chat leads.
3. Manage task lists to ensure follow-up process is being executed on a daily basis.
4. Update KBB ICO data for executive management on Google Docs on a daily basis.
5. Actively search opportunities on 3rd party sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Autotrader, Cars.com, Cargurus, private sellers listings, OfferUp, etc)
6. Follow up on trades from all Castle Automotive dealerships
7. Coordinate vehicle purchases/pickups with seller and Management and/or Buy Center Reps on outside vehicle purchases.
8. Learning, understanding and adhering to call and email scripts.
9. Active participation in department meetings and training
10. Working together with a team to reach department and store goals.
11. Meeting with the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.

What Youll Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience as a BDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Ability work on occasional Saturdays
• Valid drivers license
