Machine Operator
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are produced safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, maintaining production records, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.

Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Load materials and remove finished products.
- Perform quality inspections throughout production.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
