DEPT: LABOR & DELIVERY

SCHEDULE: FULL TIME DAYS

Pt Population & Unit Description: mothers and infants

LDRP Unit: 3 Bed LDR, 8 Bed Postpartum, 3 Triage Rooms

Pt Ratio : 1:1 Labor 1:3 Couplets

We have our own L&D OR and recovery area. TX Ten Steps, Maternal Level 2 designation, Neonatal Level 1

Modified self-scheduling, great teamwork

You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
• A minimum of (3) three years' relevant experience is desired.
• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
