AR Coordinator

Back AR Coordinator – Accounts Receivable, Windsor, Connecticut (Permanent, $50,000 – $60,000). KBW Financial Staffing & Recruitment is partnering with a growing organization to support day‑to‑day AR operations, reporting, and customer account management. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys analytical work and customer interaction in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accounts receivable data and records Generate AR reports and support general ledger entries and reconciliations Analyze account balances, process adjustments, and monitor aging reports (including 90+ days) Manage collections efforts, including customer outreach and resolution of delinquent accounts Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, refunds, and payment issues Support administrative tasks including file organization, statement distribution, and correspondence Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or collections Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes Experience with collections procedures and customer account management High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting systems preferred Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
